Growing Up!

Well this is embarrassing... To say I have been slacking on this blog is a bit of a understatement! I apologize about that! I don't really have much of an excuse. While my life has been pretty crazy training a spoiled to smart for her own good puppy, working full time and both Gregory and I falling victim to the stomach flu January pretty much just disappeared!

I'm upholding my New Year's resolution pretty well, it also helps we changed our dress code at work to be more professional versus casual so it sorta makes me have to keep up with it but I have to admit I enjoy waking up in the morning and knowing I have a cute ensemble to put on.

I'm a firm believer in picking your clothes out the night before. It just helps me with time in the morning with get two people ready... well one human and a fur ball. Who is growing like a weed and it makes me so sad! LOL

See what I mean! She's gotten so big already! And I swear the girl is to smart for her own good! At almost 4 months old she has: sit, paw, around (she's to stumpy for lay just yet so we make her go in a circle LOL) and is fully potty train. Oh, and takes the stairs like they're nothing! She either sleeps in bed with us every night or in a small pile of Greg's clothes she won't let us put away. She's really a Daddy's girl unless he isn't home then Mom is cool.

See?! The last one cracks me up cause this was when Gregory had the stomach flu and I wouldn't let Eleanor near him cause he was so sick that she actually went to go pout on his clothes. LOL. She really is quite amusing and brings such joy into our lives. She's constantly watching YouTube with Gregory she'll even bring her raw hide or what ever chew stick she's working on over and lay-down with him.

Doesn't that just make your heart melt?! As you can tell I'm a bit obsessed with taking pictures of her but that's okay after waiting, begging and driving Gregory nuts I finally have my corgi and I can say I am enjoying every moment of being a Corgi Mom! ...Kind of scary to think what will happen when I have children of my own... HAHA!

For wedding plans we are slowly working our way through those. I don't want to divulge to much and give it all away just yet cause nothing is final but I can say I am super stoked to have an amazing wedding planner to help me with everything! If you are in the market for a wedding planner I recommend Summer from Water Lily Events! But that's about all I have time to write for now as I have an anxious puppy wanted to go play in the increasing pile of snow Chicago decided to deliver.... Thank god it's Saturday and I don't have to drive in it!
